Westport Academy, Baltimore City Public School No.225, serving grades pre-K through 8, is located at 2401 Nevada Street.  Built in 1925, the building is situated on one of the highest points of land in Westport.  Principal Felecia Irick is an enthusiastic school leader, eager to reach out and involve the community in the effort to provide the best for Westport’s children.

Westport Academy,Westport Community Partnerships and other nonprofit partners continue to find ways to work together to improve the interior of the building, revitalize the abundant green space surrounding the building, and enrich the students’ learning and overall experience.

Some efforts are already underway, some are in the planning stages, and some are possibilities just waiting to be explored…
